Occupational Safety and Health Program (Ph.D.)

David Kudlinski is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Occupational Safety and Health Ph.D. program in the Industrial and Management Systems Engineering (IMSE) department at WVU. David works full-time as Vice President of Charles Taylor Environmental Technical Services. He has 35 years of work experience in OS&H. His research focuses on the Prevention of Heavy Equipment and Vehicle Struck-by Incidents in the Construction Sector. He loves to play guitar, walk the dogs, read, watch sports, and spend quality time with family.
